As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, Harrington Group reflects on three decades of dedicated service to the nonprofit sector. Founded in 1994 by Joseph Harrington, our firm has grown and evolved, yet our commitment to providing personal and quality service to nonprofit organizations remains steadfast. With each of our partners—Sean E. Cain, Tonetta L. Conner, Carlos Davis, and Oswaldo Torres—bringing over 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves on understanding the unique needs and challenges of the nonprofit community. Our diverse team of professionals is passionate about serving people and creating an environment where creativity and people-oriented practices thrive.

Additionally, our associate membership with the California Alliance of Child and Family Services reflects our specialized focus and expertise in the nonprofit sector. To ensure we remain at the forefront of our field, all our staff, licensed and non-licensed, are required to complete 80 hours of continuing education every two years.
